Wholesale Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

Wholesale accounts are available to retail businesses with a valid resale certificate or tax ID. We reserve the right to approve or deny wholesale applications. To inquire about becoming a reseller, please contact us.

2. Minimum Orders

  • Opening Order Minimum: $400

  • Reorder Minimum: $250

3. Pricing

All prices are wholesale and subject to change without notice. Suggested retail pricing (MSRP) is provided, but resellers may set their own retail prices for in-store resale. Items may not be sold below 20% off MSRP without prior written approval. E-commerce pricing is subject to 

4. Payment Terms

  • Orders are prepaid by credit card, Wire/ACH, or PayPal.

5. Shipping

  • Orders ship FOB from Boardman, Ohio.

  • Buyers are responsible for all shipping charges.

  • We do our best to ship in-stock orders within 2–4 business days.

6. Backorders

If an item is out of stock, it will be placed on backorder unless otherwise requested. Backordered items ship as soon as they become available.

7. Returns & Damages

  • All claims for damages or shortages must be reported within 7 days of receipt. If your claim is approved, a replacement or refund will be processed accordingly within 4 business days. 

  • Returns are accepted only for damages or shortages and with prior authorization. We do not accept returns for buyers remorse. 

8. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet shipped. Custom or special-order items cannot be canceled.

9. Online Sales Policy

Wholesale buyers may sell products on their own branded websites with approval. To be eligible for online sales, contact your direct sales representative for an application. 

10. Intellectual Property

All product names, images, and branding are the property of Une Vie Nomade may not be used without permission.
